Mark Kapczynski

As the co-founder of Kontrol Media, I have a deep passion for helping clients of all sizes to reach their business goals. My own background as a business leader and CMO helps me to understand client needs, and to develop strategies to be successful. I bring experience from having worked directly for global companies including Microsoft, Experian, and Envestnet. I have even built my own VC-backed software companies prior to starting Kontrol Media.

I’ve spent 15 years working in the Fintech/Financial Services industry including Envestnet|Yodlee supporting many different consumer fintech offerings. I was also the former CMO of Gooten, a smart supply chain solution, as well as the former CMO of Wrench, the market leader for on-demand car care. Currently, I am the Executive Director of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund, supporting innovation by young entrepreneurs.
